How To Enrol At Bruce’s

Whether you have a new puppy or an older dog that needs some extra attention, exercise or simply fun, signing up to doggy day care could be the solution you are looking for. There are 4 simple steps to get your dog enrolled at Bruce’s.

Step 1 – Enquiry – Complete our short quiz to tell us a bit about your and your dog

Step 2 – Call Back – Our dedicated, dog-loving team will be in touch to progress your application and learn more about your day care needs and confirm pricing for your local Bruce’s centre

Step 3 – Payment & Account Set Up – When you’re ready, we’ll get you all set up on our system, bespoke app and confirm payment details

Step 4 – Onboarding – Our final step will be to gather all of the information we need to ensure your dog’s safety and comfort whilst in our care.

We bill monthly. Fees are calculated based on the 51 weeks a year that Bruce’s open, averaged into 12 monthly payments, i.e. each invoice is for 4.25 weeks. Dogs must enroll for a regular weekly service.

20% discount is applied for each additional dog. Get in touch for details.

Terms & Conditions

Bark to School New Term Packages

The Promoter is: Bruce’s Pet Care Ltd (company no. 07602894).
This offer is only valid for new customer of Bruce’s or those who have not been an active customer in the last 3 months.
The Client must subscribe their dog to a minimum of 1 regular service day of doggy day care at any Bruce’s centre.
This offer entitles the Client to 20% off the website day care price for their local Bruce’s centre until 31st December 2025.
The discount will be applied to the total monthly day care fees, not inclusive of bus fees.
Doggy bus spaces are limited and can’t be guaranteed.
The Client must sign up and their dog to start at day care before 31st October 2025 to be eligible for the offer.
The Client must set up a Direct Debit payment for their day care subscription during the onboarding process to qualify for the offer.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with another promotion, offer or discount, including our multiple dog discount.
Prices are subject to change as part of Bruce’s annual pricing review. Bruce’s Pet Care Ltd will always give The Client advanced notice via email of the exact increase each year.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend or remove the offer at any time.
The offer is not transferable; no cash alternatives will be offered.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
By a) signing up to a free taster day or b) enrolling a dog with or c) permitting a dog to attend or d) accepting the Services of Bruce’s and its staff, the Client is deemed to have accepted Bruce’s Terms and Conditions.
